PAUSD Visit to The Funen Village - 19th of September 2026

PAUSD invites all PhD students and Postdocs on a journey back in time at The Funen Village (Den Fynske Landsby), where we will explore life on Funen in the 19th century.

Event Details:

• Spend the day exploring the historic houses, gardens, workshops, and beautiful surroundings together.
• PAUSD will cover the entrance fee. All you need to bring is comfortable shoes and perhaps some snacks and drinks for the day.
• Bring along your fellow PhDs and Postdocs. If you are coming alone, this is a good opportunity to meet new people and enjoy the day together.
• After the tour, those who are up for it can head somewhere for a coffee, a drink, or a bite to eat.
