PhD survey 2023
The labor union DM and the PhD Association Network of Denmark (PAND) work to promote the interests of PhD students at Danish research institutions. Part of this effort aims at creating better working conditions for PhD students and junior researchers. For this purpose, we collect data every two years through a survey on PhD students’ experiences and work lives at research institutions. We last conducted the survey in April-May of 2021.
By participating in the survey, you will provide us with crucial data on, for instance, well-being, working environment, social relations at work, career expectations, access to funding for extensions in case of illness, and experiences of harassment. This helps strengthen our position in working for the best conditions for PhD students at Danish research institutions.
