Let’s work towards a united SDU for Ph.D.-students

PAUSD is hosting one of the most important events for PhD students at SDU: the 4th PAUSD General Assembly, which will take place on March 5th from 16:00 to 18:00 in the room U74 at SDU Odense.

You will have a chance to meet enthusiastic Ph.D. students from other faculties, get to hear about the importance of the association for us as young researchers, spark your research creativity with LEGO Serious Play and to run for, and elect, the 2020-2021 PAUSD Board.

Note that PhD students from other campuses outside Odense can get their travel expenditures refunded by PAUSD. 

Plan for the afternoon:

• 16:00: Welcome and introductions: Manuella and Stine, Co-chairs
• 16:05-17:00: LEGO Serious Play with Helene Fast Seefeldt, organisation consultant from RIO SDU
• 17:10: Report on 2019 activities and proposal of the 2020 budget: Manuella, Stine and Morten, treasurer
• 17:30: Voting on statutory changes
• 17:40: Election of 2020-2021 board
• 18:00: Hanging out w/ pizzas & drinks

Formal Agenda:

• - Election of the chairman of the meeting and the rapporteur
• - Acceptance of guests and observers
• - Presentation of the Board's report for approval
• - Presentation of the audited accounts for the last fiscal year for approval
• - Approval of the budget for the next fiscal year
• - Election of the Board members for the term 2020-2021
• - Election of auditors for the next fiscal year
• - Approval of Statutes
• - Received proposals
• - Any other business
