Last year we had the second General Assembly of PAUSD. Since then we've been working toward a united SDU for Ph.D.-students, across academic areas and campuses! There is still a lot of work to be done, so come to the General Assembly, and take the future in your own hands!

We're excited to invite you to the 3^rd annual PAUSD General Assembly. You will have a chance to meet enthusiastic PhD students from other faculties over coffee/tea, sandwiches and beer, and to run for, and elect, the 2019-2020 PAUSD Board.

Plan for the afternoon:

• 15:00 – Welcome and introductions
• 15:15 – Report on 2018 activities
• 15:40 – Voting on statutes changes
• 16:00 – Election of 2019-2020 board
• 16:30 - Speaker (TBA)
• 16:50 - Networking w/ sandwiches & drinks

Formal Agenda:
- Election of the chairman of the meeting and the rapporteur
- Acceptance of guests and observers
- Presentation of the Board's report for approval
- Presentation of the audited accounts for the last fiscal year for approval
- Approval of the budget for next fiscal year
- Election of the Association's Co-chairs
- Election of the Association's Treasurer
- Election of ordinary Board members
- Election of auditors for the next fiscal year
- Approval of Statutes
- Received proposals
- Any other business
